# About Palm

> Who Ravicha Suksawasdi Na Ayuthaya is, where the systems engineering came from, and how the claims on this site are kept checkable.

Master of IT student at UNSW (WAM 83, graduating Dec 2026). Focusing on agentic AI and backend systems. IEEE-published research, hands-on experience shipping multi-agent pipelines, graph databases, and event-driven architectures across internship and research contexts.

Master of IT at UNSW Sydney (WAM 83 / Distinction, graduating Dec 2026) · Open to full-time Applied AI & Backend Systems roles.

## Where this came from

Originally trained in Automotive Design & Manufacturing Engineering at Chulalongkorn University. During an IoT exchange at IMT Atlantique in France right when modern LLMs took off, saw the potential of combining software intelligence with systems engineering and made a decisive pivot to Computer Science.

Coming from physical engineering (where stress limits, fluid routing, and failure modes are absolute), Palm treats non-deterministic AI models as components within deterministic, constraint-aware software systems—enforcing explicit state machines, schema validation, graph-based verification, and automatic failure recovery.

## What the work is now

Currently completing a Master of Information Technology at UNSW Sydney (Distinction, WAM 83) while conducting research on GraphRAG architectural compliance tools and building open-source agent tooling.

Of the 7 projects catalogued, 3 are measured to a public artifact and 1 are still in progress.

## Experience and study

- Software Engineer Intern, Tendor — Jul 2026 - Sep 2026. Built a Google ADK pipeline that extracts and classifies procurement documents in production, feeding insights into downstream agent workflows and the memory system.
- Backend Engineer Intern, NodesNow LLC — Dec 2025 - Feb 2026. Engineered a fault-tolerant AI agent orchestration system using Inngest to manage document ingestion workflows, handling automated retries and fan-in/fan-out concurrency, eliminating manual failure intervention.
- District Heating Designer, 3D Technical Design — Aug 2023 - Jan 2025. Designed 2D and 3D route arrangements with stress calculations for heat distribution across 10+ UK sites.
- Master of Information Technology, UNSW Sydney — Feb 2025 - Dec 2026 (Expected).
- Exchange Study - Master of Science in Information Technology, IMT Atlantique — Sep 2022 - Jan 2023.

## How the record is kept

Every measurement on this site is quoted from a public artifact and pinned to the commit it was read at. Where a figure rests on work that is not public, the page says so beside the figure.
